Export from Jobber
Which lists to export from Jobber and how, before you import them into ServFlo.
Export each list below from Jobber, then upload every file in the wizard. The same steps show in ServFlo when you choose Jobber as the source.
These steps follow Jobber's published export formats. Jobber's menus can change; if a column isn't recognised, ServFlo's AI maps it and you can check it before importing.
Clients (with their properties)
- In Jobber, open Clients.
- Click More Actions (top right) → Export Clients → CSV.
- Jobber splits big client lists into files of 1,500 rows: upload every file.
Jobber has no separate properties export: the client export carries each property, and a client with several properties becomes one customer with several properties.
Products & services
- Open Settings (gear icon) → Products & Services.
- At the bottom of the page, click Export to CSV.
- Lists over 50 items are emailed, in files of 1,500 items: upload every file.
Quotes, jobs, visits and invoices
For each of these reports in Jobber's Insights → Reports:
- Quotes
- One-off jobs (and Recurring jobs)
- Visits (set the range to the past year and every upcoming visit)
- Financial reports → Invoices
- Set the date range to all time, click Columns and tick every column.
- Click Export to CSV → all columns. Jobber emails the file.
Payments
- Open Insights → Reports → Financial reports → Transactions list.
- Click Paid or Deposited to show payments only and set the date range to all time.
- Click Receive Excel Copy. Jobber emails an Excel (.xlsx) file: upload it as it is.
Equipment
Jobber has no equipment export. If you keep units or vehicles in a spreadsheet, make one row per unit with the client's J-ID (or name or email), the property's street and ZIP, and the type, make, model, serial number or VIN, install date and warranty. Upload it as CSV or Excel.
