Export from ServiceTitan
Which reports and exports to pull from ServiceTitan, and the columns to include, before you import them into ServFlo.
Most ServiceTitan data comes out of reports you build from templates, so you choose the columns. Include the id columns (Customer ID, Location ID and so on): they link the files together and let you re-run the import without duplicates. The same steps show in ServFlo when you choose ServiceTitan as the source.
These steps follow ServiceTitan's published formats. Columns ServFlo doesn't recognise are mapped by AI; check the mapping before importing.
Reports
For each list, in ServiceTitan open Reports, create a report from the template named below, add every column you can (ids, dates, amounts, status), set the date range to all time, click Run, then export it to Excel.

Pricebook
- Open Pricebook → Import/Export → Export.
- Choose the export type Pricebook (Settings, Materials and Part Link), pick the business unit and tick Include inactive if you want them.
- Click Export and upload the .xlsx as it is. ServFlo reads the Services, Materials and Equipment sheets and skips the others.
Very large accounts: if a report is over 100,000 rows, split it by year and upload each file.
