Weather-aware scheduling
Plan outdoor work around the forecast, get alerts when a booked visit's weather turns bad, and move it to a clear day.
Roofing, lawn care, painting, pressure washing and other outdoor work depend on the weather. ServFlo checks each outdoor visit against the forecast at the property, warns the office when it turns bad, and helps you move the visit to a clear day with a text to the customer.
Nothing is ever moved automatically: a person always confirms.
How a visit is judged
Each outdoor service type has limits. ServFlo checks every forecast hour the visit covers:
| Default limit | |
|---|---|
| Chance of rain | 50% |
| Wind | 25 mph |
| Minimum temperature | No limit |
| Maximum temperature | No limit |
| Thunderstorms or snow | Always bad |
The result is Good, Watch (close to a limit), Bad weather, or No forecast yet (the visit is beyond the forecast, or the property isn't on the map).
Forecasts come from the US National Weather Service and reach about 7 days ahead.
Marking service types and jobs as outdoor work is free on every plan. Forecasts, alerts and moving visits for the weather need Pro.
