Visit safety costs and limits
What visit safety checks cost, the monthly limit, the free trial limit, and why a check might be skipped.

Visit safety is available on every plan and billed per check.
Price
- $0.25 per check, billed with your plan.
- A check that reached the registry but failed is still charged, because the provider charges for it.
- A property is checked at most once every 30 days, unless you click Check again or Check now.
Monthly limit
Checks per month in Settings → Visit safety caps how many checks run each calendar month (default 200, up to 5,000). The page shows how many checks you've used this month. Past the limit, checks are skipped until the next month.
Free trial
- You need a card on file before any check runs. Until then, ServFlo shows Add a card to run visit safety checks.
- The trial allows up to 25 checks, whatever your monthly limit.
Why a check was skipped
A property shows Skipped with the reason, and ServFlo tries again automatically when a job is coming up there:

Retrying a skipped check costs nothing until a real check runs.
