Visit safety
Before a visit, check public sex offender registries for listings near the property and warn the people you send there.

Visit safety protects your technicians. Before a visit, ServFlo checks the public sex offender registries for listings near the property. If something is found, the office and the technicians on the job see a warning, with a suggestion to send two people when a listing is very close.
It's off until an owner or admin turns it on.
What it is, and what it isn't
- It's an internal safety advisory for your team. Customers never see it: it isn't on the portal, documents or messages.
- A listing near a property says nothing about anyone who lives there. ServFlo never names anyone; it keeps only a count and a short description.
- It must never be used to refuse service to a customer or set prices.
- California properties are skipped by default, because California law restricts how registry information may be used. You can change that.
How it works
- Properties with a job in the next two weeks (and unscheduled jobs) are checked automatically.
- ServFlo searches around the property's map location, within the radius you choose (0.25, 0.5 or 1 mile). If the property has no map location, it searches its whole ZIP code instead.
- Each property is checked again after 30 days.
- Results are Clear, Low or Medium. Medium means a listing within about 0.1 mile, and comes with "Suggested: send a two-person crew."
