Connect your Gmail or Outlook
Connect your own mailbox so email with customers comes into your ServFlo Inbox and your replies go out from your real address.
Each person can connect their own Gmail or Outlook. Email between you and your customers then comes into the ServFlo Inbox, and your Inbox replies can go out from your real address.
Only email with a customer's address (or replies in a conversation already in the Inbox) comes in. The rest of your mail stays private.
Open My line
Go to Settings → My line.
Connect your mailbox
Under Email, click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook and sign in.
Choose how you send
Turn on Send my Inbox emails from this mailbox to answer from your own address. With it off, your answers go out from your ServFlo address.
ServFlo checks your mailbox every few minutes. Click Check now to look right away.
To stop, click Disconnect. Email that already came in stays in the Inbox.
