Connect Google Business Profile
Link your Google Business Profile so your Google reviews come into ServFlo and you can reply from there.
Connect the Google account that manages your business listing, and ServFlo follows your Google reviews: your rating, every review, and replies, all in Engage → Reviews.
Only owners and admins can connect Google.
Open Reviews
In the left menu, click Engage → Reviews.
Connect Google
Click Connect Google and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
Check your locations
ServFlo loads your Business Profile locations and follows all of them, then brings in your reviews. If your review link wasn't set yet, it's filled in from your first location.
Reviews are refreshed every six hours. Click Sync now to check right away.
To stop, click Disconnect on the Reviews page. The reviews already in ServFlo stay.
