The fleet and the map
See where every dumpster is right now, how many of each size are free, what is coming back, and which have been out longest.
In the left menu, click Dumpsters.
At a glance
For each size you see how many dumpsters are:
- Available: in the yard and free.
- Out: at customers' job sites (including full ones waiting for pickup).
- Coming back: due for pickup in the next two days, or full.
and the share of the size that is out right now.
The map
Every dumpster on a job site shows at that address; the others show at their yard. Click a pin to see the dumpster and its rental.
Out longest
The dumpsters that have been out the longest, with how many days and how far past the planned pickup. Use it to call customers about a pickup.
Each dumpster
Open a dumpster to see where it is, the rental it is on, and its history: every drop-off, swap, pickup and trip to the dump.

| Full | On site, waiting for pickup |

| Out of service | Being repaired; never offered |
The driver's stops change the status for you. To correct one by hand (a dumpster brought back without a stop, one sent for repair), open it and change its status with a note.
Add dumpsters
Click Add dumpster, give it the number painted on it and its size. Numbers must be unique.
