At-risk customers
Find customers who might stop using you, pay late, or let a quote go.
The At risk tab lists customers by one prediction at a time, highest first, with the reasons.
Choose the prediction
Under Prediction, choose:
- Lapse risk: customers who are past their usual time between visits and may have gone elsewhere.
- Late payment risk: customers likely to pay their next invoice late.
- Quote acceptance: open quotes and how likely each one is to be approved.
Turn on Members only to see only your members.
Act on it
Select customers and click Add tag to put them in an automation's audience (for example a win-back message), or Export CSV. See Follow up in bulk.
Late payment risk is only shown to people who can see all invoices.
