The stars and comments customers gave when they paid, by technician.
From your customers on Engage → Reviews shows what customers said when they paid:
- the Average rating and how many were asked and answered;
- how many went on to Google;
- each technician's average (an answer counts for everyone who worked the job);
- every answer, with its job and invoice.
Filter by technician (By technician) or by rating.
Answers also appear on the customer's timeline in Customer 360.
