Connect your Google Business Profile
Sign in with Google so ServFlo follows your reviews and can post your replies.
Only owners and admins can connect Google.
Open Engage → Reviews.
Click Connect Google.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing and allow access.
You're brought back to ServFlo. Your locations and reviews load.
When you connect, ServFlo:
- follows every location on that Google account (change this under Locations with Follow reviews for each one);
- fills in your Review link (Settings → Messaging → Sending rules) from your first location, if you hadn't set one;
- matches reviewers to your customers when the name matches exactly one customer.
Keeping up to date
New reviews are synced every six hours. To check now, click Sync now.
Copy your review link
Click Copy review link to share your Google review page, for example in an email signature.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect and confirm. ServFlo stops following your reviews and can no longer post replies; reviews already synced stay. If Google access is revoked from Google's side, the page asks you to Reconnect your Google Business Profile.
