DevelopersAPI reference

API reference

Every REST endpoint an API key can call, grouped by area, generated from ServFlo's own API definitions.

This reference lists the 794 operations you can call with an API key or a connected app. It is generated from the same definitions ServFlo's app, Flo and the MCP server use, so it matches what the API does.

  • Base URL: https://app.servflo.ai/api
  • Authentication: Authorization: Bearer sfk_… on every call. See Authentication.
  • Your business: most paths start with /organizations/{organizationId}. Find your business's id and check what your key may do with Your role and permissions.
  • Conventions: money is integer cents and dates are YYYY-MM-DD in your business's time zone. See Conventions, Pagination and Errors.
  • Machine-readable spec: the OpenAPI 3.1 document is served at https://app.servflo.ai/api/openapi.json.

Each operation shows its permission, its risk class (the OAuth scope it needs), its MCP tool name and, where it applies, the add-on it needs or the approval it waits for.

Left out on purpose: the customer-facing pages' public endpoints (booking form, quote and invoice pages, portal), webhook receivers for Stripe, Twilio and email providers, the scheduler, and calls only a signed-in person can make (their own profile and notifications, API keys, Flo, team invitations and purchases on ServFlo's own billing).
